Each time a quote is requested, procedure is followed. From quote to invoice we are happy to deal with both landlords and tenants on a blue collar professional level as agents often find this to be time consuming, which in turn minimises the time you have as an agent to maximise your growth as an agent.
Currently the letting agents we serve email their issue with both tenant & landlord contact details on the repair order. We then liaise with the tenant to go out and quote for the repair. Both landlord and agent are then emailed back a full report quote with photographs if required for authorisation as this helps cut down the time it takes for an agent to obtain permission to proceed. Once complete a full & detailed invoice would then be sent through to the agent with photographs of works carried out if necessary helping agents evidence each step along the way is paramount.
A full log of every repair is kept at the HPS office in Yarm should you ever need to refer back to the information. We are of course fully qualified and insured to carry out all repairs and this information is available upon request.
